"Yesterday, my car broke down on a busy I96 just outside Grand Rapids. It was busy and it was cold and I was stranded. To make a very long story of dissatisfaction with AAA shorter, suffice to say that I called AAA and was poorly served. I called at 1250 and they told me they called someone for me but it would be a long wait...arriving at 230pm. I won't say the other company. At about 2pm I called the other company for an ETA to find out that they had sent a rejection to AAA due to distance so I called back AAA. They forgot to call anyone for me and left me stranded in 27 degree weather (I am senior citizen). They ended up calling J and K for me who got there as quickly as they could. The driver, STEVE was so nice. Imagine by this time, it was 330pm and I had been stranded with no heat or food or water or means to use the bathroom since 1250!!!! He was kind enough to stop at a station for me to use the bathroom!!!! He was nice, comforting, happy and got me safely to the car drop off destination 64 miles away. Thank you to STEVE for making an otherwise terrible situation palatable. I cannot rave about him enough as a representation of J and K and IF the owners are reading this...please...you have no idea the gift you have in this driver. I highly recommend this company. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!"
