"When I came home from work there was water in my floor from a leak. I googled roofers and was taken to the BBB website where I found Commonwealth Roofing. I called them the next morning and a gentleman came out the next day to inspect the roof, he couldn't come out the same day due to the rain it was too dangerous for him to get on the roof. I was given a reasonable quote for all of the work to be done. The workers who came out the next morning came 10 minutes before I was told to expect them. They were friendly and professional. They got right to work fixed my roof problems and cleaned out my gutters. They did a GREAT job. I will definitely call them back next year to clean out my gutters. If I have roof problems again I will not hesitate to call them. "

When Mr. Long and I met he was very friendly and let me know exactly what his services were and not try and sell me something I didn't need. He gave me samples to look through and also let me know about some damage to the roof. He explained the process to me and what the installers would do as well as the warranty for his workmanship and for the roof itself. His bid was extremely competitive with others we had received. When my wife and I did a background check we could not find any negative results or posts about him or his business. We hired him the next day and he was able to come by and assure my wife and I exactly what we would be getting, the warranty and the service we would receive. Mr. Long had a early appoint today, 6/20/16, and stated that his crew would be at my house at 0730. This morning they were here actually before that and got to work. His crew placed tarps around my entire house to protect my landscaping and yard and even played well with my dogs. His foreman and crew were very polite and seemed eager to get the job done. His foreman did let me know about a leak I had and showed me the damaged plywood that they replaced. Mr. Long's crew did not waste any time on getting the work done and if any of them smoked I didn't notice. They treated my home with the up most respect. They were done faster then when I was originally quoted, and they also finished on quote as well. The crew then went around the house several times with a magnet searching for nails and cleaning up any trash from the work they performed for me. I called Mr. Long and expressed my gratitude for his and his crew's fast work and polite demeanor. I would highly recommend this business for any and all roofing needs, they have by far exceeded my expectations. "

The company's estimate for our home came in about $500 less than other companies, and it included removing the existing roof system and sweeping the property for nails. The workers left no debris, and we were pleased with the result. The sales agent Rich was very friendly and followed up with us twice, once following several days of rain, to make sure we were satisfied with the roof and overall service. Over the next few weeks, it was visually obvious from the street that some of the shingles were uneven. When approached by a salesperson from Commonwealth Roofing Specialists, LLC we were happy to have someone inspect the roof especially the side of our house that was not visible from the street. Definite storm damage had been found. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism of CRS LLC. Not only did our insurance company concur I needed a new roof to prevent more damage, but the whole process was completely directed and managed for us by CRS LLC. The roofers assigned to the project could not have been better. They arrived on time and completed the job exactly when expected.
